Evans Nwankwo
Evans Nwankwo founded Megen Construction in 1993 after a successful career at a national construction firm. Under his leadership, Megen gained a reputation for accessible client relationships, proactive thinking, and an unmatched estimating process. Evans is a lifetime member of the American Society of Professional Estimators, and his many awards include the John F. Barrett Entrepreneur Vision Award and the Spirit of Construction Lifetime Achievement Award.
Jeff Jacobs
Jeff Jacobs is a seasoned leader in residential and commercial real estate development and construction with over 31 years of industry experience. Jeff founded Jacobs Realty Group, a family-owned real estate development and construction company. Over two decades, he successfully led more than $150 million in major development projects across the financial, educational, healthcare, hospitality, and government sectors nationwide.
GUY POUX
Guy Poux has over 30 years of experience in the real estate development industry including the development of multi-family, commercial, medical, and retail projects. His most recent projects include the development of 200-to-400-unit multi-family communities in North, Central, and South Florida.
